KDI led a 5 month participatory process that engaged local residents and other key stakeholders to create a neighborhood plan for the Nomar District.

The Vamos Nomar project seeks to engage the North End community in order to:

1. Learn about their priorities

2. Connect residents to different programs Empower offers

3. Build a group of local leaders
